Terms of Use and License Agreement

Welcome to TurboFrog, developed by Fabian Roberto Orue ("Netilon", "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, and using TurboFrog ("the Game"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use") and the accompanying License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

1. License

1.1 Netilon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.
1.2 You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the Game without prior written consent from Netilon.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 All content, features, and functionality within the Game, including but not limited to graphics, logos, design, and gameplay mechanics, are the exclusive property of Netilon or its licensors.
2.2 You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights to the Game by using it.

3. User Conduct

3.1 You agree not to use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
3.2 You agree not to engage in any activity that could disrupt or interfere with the Game or servers.
3.3 You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game.

4. Privacy

4.1 Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. In-App Purchases

5.1 The Game may offer in-app purchases. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the terms of service of the platform from which you made the purchase (e.g., Google Play Store) for more information.

6.1 The Game may display advertisements. By using the Game, you agree to the display of such advertisements. For more information on how ads are displayed and data is used, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

7.1 Netilon reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for conduct that Netilon believes violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of the Game, Netilon, or third parties.
7.2 Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Netilon does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8.2 In no event shall Netilon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, even if Netilon has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms of Use and License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.2 Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Argentina.

10. Changes to Terms of Use

10.1 Netilon reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use and License Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use and License Agreement. Please review these documents periodically for any updates.
